The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Ms. Money and Math Inc. (“MMM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“you” or “client”) and govern your use of this website and all associated content, programs, products, and services. These Terms apply to the website operated by MMM and located at www.msmoneyandmath.com
(the “Website”).
By using the Website or purchasing or participating in any product, program, session, or service offered by MMM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not use the Website or purchase or participate in MMM’s offerings.
MMM reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website or participation in MMM’s offerings after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Products and Services
MMM offers a number of programs and services, including but not limited to:
• Her Freedom Fund (“Program”)
• The Women’s Wealth Collective (“Membership”)
• Retirement Projections (“Projections”)
• Portfolio Audit and Strategy Session (“Audit Session”)
• one-on-one financial coaching or consulting (“Coaching”)
• digital products, webinars, trainings, downloads, and recordings (“Products”)
Collectively these are referred to as the “Services.”
Purchase Policies
You may purchase Services through the Website. Some Services may involve live sessions, group programs, or individual consultations. Where required, attendance expectations will be communicated prior to registration.
For Coaching, Audit Sessions, or other one-on-one appointments, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all sales are final.
No refunds are available for:
• Coaching
• Projections
• Audit Sessions
• Memberships
• digital or downloadable Products
• partially completed or completed Services
Due to the customized and time-based nature of one-on-one services, Portfolio Audits and Strategy Sessions and Retirement Projections are strictly non-refundable.
Her Freedom Fund – 12-Month Value-Back Guarantee
Her Freedom Fund (“Program”) includes a 12-month Value-Back Guarantee.
If, within 12 months of your purchase date, you do not identify financial improvements equal to at least the cost of the Program, MMM will refund your Program fee.
Financial improvements may include, but are not limited to:
• increases in savings
• reductions in investment, banking, or debt fees
• reduction of interest costs
• paying down debt
• improved cash flow
• beginning to invest previously idle cash
• implementation of a money management system that results in measurable financial benefit
To be eligible for this guarantee, you must:
• complete all core Program modules
• complete and submit the associated worksheets and exercises
• implement the Money System taught in the Program
• attend live group calls or watch the available replays
• request the refund within 12 months of purchase
• provide reasonable documentation of the actions you took and your results
This guarantee is based on participation and implementation. No refunds will be granted for non-participation, failure to complete Program materials, or a decision to change your mind.
License and Use of Materials
All content, including videos, workbooks, templates, worksheets, downloadable files, trainings, and written materials (the “Materials”), are owned by MMM and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own personal use only.
You may not:
• share login credentials
• reproduce, sell, distribute, or publish the Materials
• use the Materials for commercial training, resale, or distribution
• provide access to others who have not purchased the Services
Programs and Courses – Educational Purpose
Group programs, memberships, courses, challenges, workshops, and recorded trainings are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute individualized financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting, or insurance advice.
Participation in a Program or Membership does not create a financial planner–client or accountant–client relationship.
Portfolio Audit and Strategy Session
A Portfolio Audit and Strategy Session (“Audit Session”) is a one-time or limited-scope consultation in which MMM reviews financial information you provide and may offer personalized financial planning observations, education, and recommendations.
The Audit Session may include personalized financial planning advice. However:
• it is limited to the scope of the session
• MMM does not provide ongoing monitoring of your accounts
• MMM does not execute transactions or manage investments on your behalf
• it does not create an ongoing advisory or fiduciary relationship
• any continuation of services must be agreed to under a separate engagement
Advice provided is based solely on the accuracy and completeness of information you choose to share.
Retirement Projections
Retirement Projections are educational financial planning illustrations based on assumptions and information that you provide. They do not guarantee any investment performance, account value, income level, or retirement outcome and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decision-making.
Professional Advice and Regulatory Disclosure
Nothing on the Website or in the Services constitutes securities advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or financial product.
MMM may provide financial planning advice where applicable in one-on-one contexts such as Coaching, Audit Sessions, or Projections. You acknowledge and agree that:
• financial outcomes are not guaranteed
• investment values fluctuate and may decline
• past performance does not guarantee future results
You are encouraged to consult additional licensed professionals, including a chartered professional accountant, lawyer, or registered investment advisor before making major financial decisions.
No Guarantee of Results
MMM makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
• financial outcomes
• investment returns or market performance
• increases in income, savings, or net worth
• business or personal results
• achievement of goals
Your results depend on your own efforts, financial circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside MMM’s control.
Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. MMM provides education and, where applicable, advice; however, you remain the decision-maker. You agree to evaluate any recommendations considering your personal situation and risk tolerance.
General Disclaimer
Information provided via the Website and Services is believed to be accurate but may contain errors or omissions. MMM does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information and assumes no liability for any errors.
Limitation of Liability

Indemnity

Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and MMM regarding the Website and Services.
