Terms Of Use
Effective Date: October 22, 2025
Welcome to msmoneyandmath.com. By visiting or using this website, you agree to follow the terms below. Please read them carefully — they explain what you can expect from me and what I expect from you when you use this site, sign up for my programs, or purchase any of my products or services.
If you don’t agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
1. Who I Am
This website is owned and operated by Michelle Robertson, sole proprietor, doing business as Ms. Money and Math, based in Canada.
My goal is to help women simplify money, investing, and wealth building through education, coaching, and financial literacy resources.
2. Educational Purposes Only – No Financial Advice
Everything shared on this website — including blog posts, social media content, workshops, webinars, videos, challenges, online programs, and downloadable materials — is strictly for informational and educational purposes.
Although I am a CPA and Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP), nothing on this website or in any public communication from me should ever be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
I do not provide individualized advice or planning recommendations unless we have entered into a formal financial planning or advisory engagement with a signed agreement.
All examples, tools, or case studies provided are for illustration and education only. Your personal financial situation is unique, and before acting on any information, you should consult a licensed financial planner, accountant, or advisor who can assess your specific circumstances.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
While I do my best to provide accurate, up-to-date information, I can’t guarantee any particular results or outcomes. Your financial success depends on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.
This website and all of its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website — including logos, text, graphics, videos, course materials, and downloadable content — are owned by Michelle Robertson (Ms. Money and Math) unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without my written permission.
If you are enrolled in one of my programs or courses, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning only.
5. Purchases and Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian or U.S. dollars, as specified at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi and its payment partners (Stripe or PayPal).
Each program or product may have its own refund policy listed on the sales or checkout page. If no refund policy is stated, all sales are final.
Please review all terms carefully before purchase.
6. Links to Other Websites
I occasionally share links to other websites or resources. These are provided for your convenience, but I don’t control their content or privacy practices. I’m not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from using external sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ms. Money and Math and Michelle Robertson are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of this website or any of its content.
This includes (but isn’t limited to) loss of income, data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from applying or misinterpreting any information provided.
8. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
9. Updates and Modifications
I may update these Terms of Use occasionally to reflect changes in my services or legal requirements. When I do, I’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of this website will be resolved in Ontario, Canada.
